Doug is a craftsman and doesn't fit the corporate mold. Doug doesn't believe in the "turn a wrench and call it done" Counter Tech Mentality. Doug is a Luthier and perfectionist. He takes his time with a repair because he wants it done right. Our loyal customers are musicians who know the difference.
